Data Deletion Request
You may request deletion of data associated with your Lucky Slots Mix guest profile by emailing hklongcaresu@gmail.com with the subject line Lucky Slots Mix Data Deletion Request.
Please include your in-game user ID, app version, and device model so we can locate the correct guest profile. After verification, we will delete or anonymize the in-game profile data associated with that user ID, including guest profile identifiers and gameplay-related records that are no longer required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity.
Some limited records may be retained for a reasonable period when required to prevent abuse, resolve disputes, comply with applicable law, or maintain server security.
Coins are virtual in-game items for entertainment use inside Lucky Slots Mix. The Android version may offer optional Google Play in-app purchases, and the iOS version may offer optional Apple In-App Purchase virtual coin packs, Friend invite activity records, and Lucky Wheel virtual reward states. Rewarded ads are not enabled in the current iOS submission build. Coins cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
