Privacy Policy

Number Merge: 2048 Puzzle is a casual number puzzle game provided by Long Studio. This policy explains what information may be processed when players use the app.

Information We Collect

• Local gameplay progress, including level progress, completed daily challenges, booster counts, and ad pacing counters.
• Device and technical data such as device model, operating system version, app version, diagnostics, crash information, and network status.
• Advertising-related identifiers and ad interaction signals when Unity Ads is enabled, such as advertising ID, ad requests, impressions, and rewarded ad completion events.
• Optional leaderboard display information, such as player display name, avatar initials, country code, city label, completed level or daily board, moves used, moves left, and completion time.
• Optional support information players provide by email, such as contact email, device model, app version, screenshots, and a description of the issue.

How We Use Information

• Provide the puzzle game, save local progress, and restore gameplay state.
• Show ads and rewarded videos through Unity Ads after the app's ad pacing rules allow it.
• Provide global and country leaderboards. Ranking uses fewer moves first, then shorter completion time.
• Improve stability, diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
• Comply with platform, legal, security, and policy requirements.

Advertising

The app uses Unity Ads for banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are optional and may grant additional booster uses after a player chooses to watch the ad. Unity may process advertising identifiers and ad interaction data according to Unity's own policies.

Leaderboards and Location Labels

Leaderboards may display a player's chosen name, avatar initials, country flag, and city label. Country and city information is used only for leaderboard display and filtering. When available, the app may use platform profile information first; if the player allows location-based display and platform city data is unavailable, a coarse city label may be derived from IP-based lookup. If permission is denied or unavailable, the city label is shown as Unknown. We store hashed player identifiers and hashed IP-derived audit signals instead of raw platform IDs or raw IP addresses.

No Cash Rewards

Number Merge is a puzzle game. It does not provide gambling, casino gameplay, cash rewards, withdrawals, securities, real-world financial products, or any cash redemption program.

Data Retention

Gameplay progress is stored locally on the player's device unless the player deletes app data. Leaderboard rows are retained while they are needed to provide ranking and abuse prevention. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request and maintain service quality.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Player Choices

Players may delete local app data through device settings. Players may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information they provided in support requests, subject to applicable legal and security requirements.
